Understanding Birth: birth history, terminology, physiology of birth, importance of relaxation, and needs during birth.
Birth Tool Kit: fear & tension, breathing techniques, visualization, positioning, massage techniques, what if senarios.
Making Decisions: who makes the choices, interventions, touch, action plans, birth plans.
Lactation & Parenting: how lactation works, benefits of breastfeading, positioning, hygiene, postpardum depression, crying baby, parenting decisions, support networks.
